At The Shoonya Space, Counselling is a precursor to any form of therapy that we recommend. Counselling is a form of a talk therapy session where the client opens up about various issues he/she is dealing with and we offer our expertise by offering a deep perspective about the issue. We do not offer advice or recommendations about how a person needs to be but allow the client to decipher their life for themselves and make a conscious choice for their issue. Most of our counselling sessions are followed by recommendations for the kind of therapeutic work they could avail for a transformative experience of their issue.
